This retrospective study evaluated tumor response in 750 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer treated with concurrent radio-chemotherapy. Results showed that 81.33% of patients achieved near-complete or complete tumor regression, while 18.66% had significant residual tumors. The study concluded that early tumor response is a key prognostic factor, influencing treatment outcomes and the need for alternative therapies for those with residual disease.
