This study compares the effectiveness of super pulse and normal pulse CO2 lasers for bracket bonding and debonding in orthodontics. Results showed that while both laser types resulted in lower shear bond strengths compared to chemical etching, the super pulse CO2 laser allowed for quicker debonding with minimal temperature increase in the dental pulp.
