This case report describes the diagnosis and treatment of a radicular cyst in a 12-year-old male patient. Radiographic examination revealed a well-defined radiolucency surrounded by a corticated border between the mandibular central incisors. The central incisors were extracted and the cystic lesion was surgically removed via enucleation under local anesthesia. Post-operative healing was complete after one month.
