What is Totally at Random about?

"So I had this plan that we’d meet and it would be just one fling. A random guy and a random girl coming together on any random afternoon- just once." Tired of being the soul survivors in some virginity game, Emily and her friend Sharon feel like the hunted. It was because of this and this alone, Emily decided to take matters into her own hands. She’d take the awe out of the equation. She’d find a guy, choose him and just plain get it over with. Why not? Did it have to be special- roses and candlelight, waiting until marriage and all that- or did her sister have the right idea? Was it something free, meant to be shared... Day after day Emily goes to the bench in hopes of meeting GodotDrama, her online study partner. A humorous cast of characters visit the bench and after several false run-ins with GodotDrama, Emily finally meets Magnus- a theater student from the nearby School of the Arts. Things get complicated when Emily realizes she’s developed feelings for long-time best friend and hottie, Tate. Add to this a drug using older sister, absentee parents and one angry, self-sufficient latchkey teen and you’ll find the picture of the modern American family. Will GodotDrama ever show
