What is Teacher Transfer Request in Zambales about?

Arnold P. Asio, a Master Teacher I at Gov. Manuel D. Barretto National High School in Zambales, Philippines, has applied for a transfer to teach at La Paz National High School. He has taught for 20 years at his current school but wishes to transfer because he is a resident of La Paz, which would reduce his travel time and expenses. As a father, he also wants to be closer to home to spend more time with his family. He hopes his experience and dedication will be considered favorably for the transfer.
