This study assessed the genetic diversity of 34 accessions of Ziziphus spina-christi collected from different regions of Saudi Arabia using inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers. Eleven ISSR primers were used to amplify genomic DNA, yielding 105 scorable loci, of which 93.4% were polymorphic.
