The Virginia Academy Chess Club is taught by experienced chess players and educators using a curriculum developed by National Masters. Each weekly session teaches chess skills while also allowing time for playing. The club helps develop critical thinking, sportsmanship, and patience in children while having fun. It meets every Tuesday from February 16th to May 24th for 14 weeks from 3:30-4:30 PM with all equipment provided.
