印光大師,淨宗十三祖,學貫儒佛各宗,專修專弘念佛,《文鈔》一部,風行全球,利濟無量眾生;但因《文鈔》廣博,有百萬字之巨,一般人難以卒讀,握其心要。淨宗法師取其於「淨土宗義」、「念佛勝易」直接明瞭、豁人心目之最要開示,共四十八條,一一冠以標題,稍加組織,集為〈安心篇〉。又因初機之人,在實際修持中往往有一些普遍而共通的具體問題需要解答,所以又集三十餘題為〈實修篇〉,合前總名《印光大師精要法語》。此講記係2007年三月底於廣東丹霞山錦石岩寺所講。
