About this document

Cartridge and Ammunition Storage Guidelines by John Shearer is a document available to read on EtoBox.

Storage of ammunition and cartridges requires registration with the local Trading Standards Service and must be kept in a Mode A or Mode B storage facility. Mode A storage requires a separate, remote building, while Mode B allows storage within a dwelling in a substantial locked container such as a trunk, box, cupboard or drawer. The container cannot contain other articles or flammable materials and different types of ammunition must be separated. Mode B storage is limited to 250kg of ammunition.
