Object-Oriented Building Design Model by NixonMR is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This document describes an object-oriented model for building design being developed by the ICON project at the University of Salford. The model consists of sub-models at varying levels of abstraction that represent the conceptual, physical, and structural perspectives of design. These sub-models fit within an industry-wide framework to facilitate information integration across construction project disciplines and allow information to be viewed according to different participants
