Pensonic Holdings Bhd announced a proposed rights issue of 64.83 million warrants to raise up to RM45.38 million. The company will undertake a two-for-five bonus issue of 37.04 million new shares, as well as a rights issue of one warrant for every two existing shares at 10 sen per warrant to raise RM6.48 million.
