What is PAUT Inspection Preliminary Report about?

Phased array inspection was performed on Vessel 205 to examine Seam C-4. Sixteen indications were found, including linear indications and one slag inclusion. The linear indications ranged in length from 7mm to 332mm and in depth from 12mm to 36mm. One slag inclusion measuring 9mm long was also detected at a depth of 22.2mm. The inspection report was approved by Sandeep Kumar, a Level II PAUT and TOFD technician.
