What is Jerzy Kukuczka about?

Jerzy Kukuczka was considered one of the best high-altitude climbers in history. He ascended all fourteen 8000-meter peaks in just under eight years, the shortest time ever. He established ten new routes and was the first to climb four peaks in winter. Kukuczka died in 1989 attempting to climb the unclimbed South Face of Lhotse when the rope he was using snapped during his lead.
