This study investigates the factors influencing teacher motivation in the Davao Region using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with 400 public school teachers. Results indicate that organizational commitment has the strongest impact on teacher motivation, followed by adaptive leadership, while school climate shows no significant effect. The findings suggest prioritizing strategies that enhance organizational commitment and adaptive leadership to improve teacher motivation and educational outcomes.
