What is SEBI about?

SEBI has introduced new guidelines for initial public offerings (IPOs) and anchor investors. Key points: 1) IPO issues over Rs. 250 crore must now have at least 5 anchor investors, while issues under Rs. 250 crore require 2 anchor investors.
