Home-Based Exercise for Breast Cancer Fatigue by Matias Romay is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the effects of a 12-week home-based exercise program on cancer-related fatigue (CRF) and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. Results indicate that the exercise group experienced quicker recovery from CRF and improved HRQoL compared to the control group, with no adverse effects reported. The findings suggest that home-based exercise is a safe and effective intervention for managing CRF and enhancing HRQoL during treatment.
