What is Encounter with Street Children at Night about?

My uncle and his friends saw some young children playing outside a cinema late at night as they were walking home from an event. As they got closer to the children, the children began jumping and running away. When my uncle and his friends reached where the children had been, they discovered an alleyway that the children had run into, but there was no exit or way for the children to have passed through. Unable to find where the children went, they were very frightened and left the area quickly.
