When an INV HCT Error (DS4) occurs, it means that the HCT cable or its connection to the DPC-310 PCB is faulty. To diagnose, check the VBN connector on the DPC-310 board and the HCT cable connections. Measure the voltage between VBN-14 and ground on the DPC-310 board during the error; a high voltage indicates an issue that may require replacing the DPC-310 board or HCT cable.
