What is Mr. Bear about?

Mum and Mike are going on their honeymoon and hire a babysitter to watch their children, Arno and Bibi. However, the babysitter turns out to be a bear. The bear runs a bubble bath for the children, gives them honey for breakfast, and takes them to school in the car, though it crashes into a lamp post. Before Mum and Mike return, the children and bear tidy up the messy house. When Mum and Mike arrive home, the children and house look tidy, and the children say they had fun with their new furry friend.
