What is When Good Plans Go Bad (DimWorld Series Book 2) about?
After a month of training on the island, Quentin and Eissa are ready to go to a new dimension and hone their skills. Their first stop is Dimension 214. It’s supposed to be a safe zone in the rain forests of Central America, but it’s anything but safe. What starts out as a training mission with the Bribri tribe quickly escalates when part of the team is captured by DimCorp. Quentin is forced into a leadership role he’s not ready for, and the Bribri tribe is reluctant to help. Avoiding direct confrontation is no longer an option. Strategy becomes king in this cat and mouse game, and Quentin must weigh the lives of his friends against the lives of the tribe. Quentin believes that violence is never the answer, but in the ultimate test, he must choose between his convictions and killing to save his friends. Can he live with his choice?
