This study investigates the impact of a local culture-oriented Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model on anti-bullying attitudes and manners among fourth-grade elementary school students. Results indicate that the CTL model significantly improves both anti-bullying attitudes and politeness, with statistical analyses showing a significance value of 0.000, which is less than the alpha level of 0.05.
