Sulochana Talmale, a 45-year-old male, was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of cholelithiasis. He reported a 2-year history of pain in the right upper abdomen. Ultrasound revealed gallbladder distention with sludge and calculi. Laboratory tests were normal. He was treated conservatively but requested discharge to undergo cholecystectomy at another ESI hospital. On discharge, his vitals were stable and he had no new complaints, being advised to continue medications and follow-up as needed.
