What is Local Intergovernmental Relations in Oromia about?

This MA thesis by Aman Argaw Huluwaza assesses intergovernmental relations (IGR) at the local level, specifically in Alle Woreda of the Oromia National Regional State in Ethiopia. The study highlights the need for collaboration among local government structures, identifies weaknesses in the institutionalization of IGR, and discusses challenges such as the lack of a constitutional framework.
