Meter rooms and garbage chutes will be exhausted through central vertical risers to exhaust fans located on the roofdeck. Garbage chute exhaust fans must provide a minimum of six air changes per hour. Make-up air will be drawn from naturally ventilated corridors through transfer grilles into the meter rooms and garbage chutes.
