What is Peleh Yoetz about?

First Day introductory Prayer Ruler of the worlds, Father of compassion, and Master of forgiveness. For those who come to entreat before You--it is necessary that they send before them [the] good deeds that they have already [done] and the charities that they have contributed. But as for me--there is not within me--neither justice nor fitness, nor proper supplication, nor [any] good quality.
