What is Messila Villa Compressor Repair Report about?

On 29/04/2025, both chillers at Messila Villa failed due to a control issue with the compressors, prompting immediate technician intervention. After identifying a faulty sensor and replacing it, a second compressor was also started, but ultimately needed replacement, which was complicated by the unavailability of the required model. A decision was made to install two rebuilt compressors instead, which were successfully installed and tested, although one experienced issues that were subsequently addressed.
