What is SQL Performance Comparison Results about?

The document contains results from running various SQL queries with and without hints. It records the start and end time of each query to calculate the time taken. It shows that in some cases the queries ran faster with hints, with time reductions of up to 53%. However, in other cases hints did not provide a benefit or even slowed queries down slightly. The conclusion is that hints worked better for some queries but not others.
