This dissertation assesses the effectiveness, efficiency, and advocacy dimensions of the Enhanced IMPACT (Instructional Management by Parents, Community and Teachers) System as perceived by instructional coordinators and supervisors in 19 schools nationwide. The study utilized a descriptive-evaluative research design and surveyed 177 coordinators and supervisors. Overall, respondents felt the system was implemented to a very large extent for effectiveness and efficiency, and to a large extent for advocacy.
