This document provides guidance on the revised Filipino alphabet based on DepED Order No. 104 s. 2009. It states that the letters C, F, N, Q, V, X, Z must now be added to the Filipino alphabet to be used for proper nouns, ethnic and foreign words, and scientific terms. Examples are provided where Davao must now be written with a V and school names containing foreign words must follow the new alphabet.
