What is Revalidation of Emergency Certificates for Indians about?

The Embassy of India in Riyadh will revalidate Emergency Certificates (ECs) issued to Indians in 2010 and 2011 who were unable to return to India. The revalidated ECs will be valid for three months to help facilitate their departure. Indian immigration authorities have been informed to ensure smooth entry for EC holders. The Embassy and Consulate will continue collecting EC applications directly and via collection centers in Saudi Arabia. Indians can assist in application collection but cannot charge fees.
