What is HRM 03: Training and Development Plan about?

This course covers theories and principles of employee training and development based on organizational strategy. It will design, implement, and evaluate trainings. The course is taught by Leomar C. Miano, PhD, CHRA and Melanie S. Cadao, DBA on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-5:00pm and 5:00-6:30pm in room CABHA AVR.
