This study evaluates the efficacy of Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF), gelatin sponge, and tranexamic acid in managing hemostasis and wound healing after tooth extraction in patients on anticoagulant therapy. Results indicate that PRF significantly reduces postoperative bleeding and enhances healing compared to the other agents, with minimal pain reported by patients. The findings suggest that PRF is a promising and safe hemostatic option for dental extractions in anticoagulated patients.
