The 3-day seminar on Tourist Reception and Guiding Techniques was held in Antipolo, Rizal for 30 participants from the RTAA. The seminar aimed to teach effective tourist reception, presentation techniques, and customer service. It was conducted by resource speaker Ms. Maria Dolores Salamanca and received positive feedback from participants. At the end, certificates were awarded to the speaker and top presenters. The DOT plans to continue providing similar training to disseminate learning.
