This document describes three methods for scoring chest CT scans to assess severity of COVID-19: the CT Severity Score (CT-SS), Total Severity Score (TSS), and Chest CT Score. The CT-SS divides the lungs into 20 regions and scores opacity in each from 0-2. The TSS scores each of the five lung lobes from 0-4 based on percentage involvement.
