About this document

Soil Property Prediction via EnMAP Spectroscopy by Sandeep Reddie Bonthu is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study evaluates the prediction accuracy of soil properties such as iron oxide, clay, and soil organic carbon using upcoming EnMAP satellite data in comparison to airborne hyperspectral data. The results indicate that while there is a slight decrease in prediction accuracy at the spaceborne scale, the spatial distribution of soil properties remains coherent. The research highlights the potential of future hyperspectral satellites for improved soil mapping and monitoring at larger scales.
