This document describes a MATLAB toolbox called the Hyperspectral Image Analysis (HIA) Toolbox that was developed to provide algorithms for processing hyperspectral and multispectral imagery. The toolbox integrates and optimizes classification algorithms previously developed at the Laboratory for Applied Remote Sensing and Image Processing (LARSIP) in order to make them more accessible for environmental and biomedical applications.
