Aiming at the problem that the resilience of train-wayside wireless communication system based on LTE-M has not been fully improved, a method of train-wayside communication system resilience optimization based on semi-Markov decision process (SMDP) is proposed. This paper analyzes the packet loss rate, transmission delay and handover delay of cell link in LTE-M based train-wayside communication system, and takes them as indicators to quantitatively analyze the system resilience to describes the QoS of train-wayside communication system under the influence of wireless communication environment disturbance. The model free learning algorithm is used to solve the model to obtain the optimal resilience optimization strategy. The simulation results illustrate that the proposed resilience optimization strategy can enhance the QoS and recovery ability of LTE-M train-wayside communication system.
