What is Ultimate Gish Builds for D&D 3.5 about?

This build describes an absurd scenario where a 9th level cleric could become a 19th level character in a single combat round through extreme min-maxing and stacking of bonuses. The cleric prepares several spells and potions to boost his strength and combat abilities to ridiculous levels. While presented in a joking manner to be intentionally over-the-top, it would never be viable or reasonable in an actual campaign.
