What is Urban Green Spaces and Climate Impact about?

This study investigates the impact of urban green spaces on local climate regulation, finding a 2°C reduction in temperatures in green areas compared to non-green zones. Data was collected from 50 parks using IoT sensors, with larger parks demonstrating even greater temperature reductions. The findings highlight the importance of incorporating green spaces into urban planning to enhance climate resilience.
