What is God Equips Us for Effective Ministry about?

God equips Christians for ministry through supernatural empowerment, not just training. While training provides knowledge, only God can equip us to carry out his work of proclaiming the gospel, making disciples, and healing. Paul is an example of someone God supernaturally equipped, as he depended on God through prayer, glorified God for his gifts and ministry successes, and obeyed God even when it was difficult. True effectiveness in Christian work comes from relying on God
