This study examined the effects of eating apples (Malus domestica) on cholesterol and blood sugar levels in male subjects aged 50-70 years with hypercholesterolemia and hyperglycemia in Anambra State, Nigeria. 38 subjects were divided into control, hypercholesterolemia, and hyperglycemia groups.
