What is Golden Empire Council Tour Permit FAQ about?

While units no longer need to fill out the plan, leaders are still expected to plan activities carefully and follow all BSA rules and policies. Insurance coverage continues to be provided for official Scouting activities. Key literature is being updated to remove references to the terminated plan.
