What is Exosphere Configuration for Atmosphere about?

This document contains configuration settings for launching secondary stages and exosphere and stratosphere components for an Atmosphere homebrew payload on the Switch. It specifies the path and load address for the secondary payload binary and fuses, enables debug mode in the exosphere component, and leaves user exception handlers and performance monitor access enabled by default for safety. It also sets nogc reclamation to disabled and does not opt into using the Atmosphere NCM implementation.
