The Regional Information Officer requested additional participants be allowed to join the Gawad Saka Scrapbook Preparation and AVP Workshop from provinces and other agencies. More participants were needed to effectively spread the skills learned in the workshop. The Regional Executive Director approved accommodating more participants as it would benefit the Regional Office by training more people to improve their chances at the national Gawad Saka competition.
