This case report describes three cases of sagittal splitting of the mandibular condylar head. In the first case, a 22 year old male presented with limited mouth opening and pain following a fall. Radiographs revealed a medially displaced right condylar head fracture. During surgery, the lateral and medial poles of the condyle were found to be detached.
