This study examined the menstrual patterns and disorders among 171 female medical students at Kathmandu Medical College in Nepal. The researchers found that 33.3% of students had irregular menstrual cycles, which were associated with BMI. Most students (67.3%) reported experiencing premenstrual symptoms.
