Plasma t-PA levels are normally between 0.006-0.008 μg/mL. Severe hyperfibrinolysis occurs around 0.04 μg/mL t-PA and ROTEM and ReoRox can detect hyperfibrinolysis at levels ≥ 0.5 μg/mL t-PA.
