This study evaluates the feasibility of laparoscopic cornual resection for managing heterotopic cornual pregnancy, analyzing 13 cases treated between 2003 and 2015. All patients, who conceived through assisted reproductive technology, underwent successful surgeries with favorable postoperative outcomes, including deliveries without complications. The findings suggest that laparoscopic cornual resection is a viable primary treatment option for this rare condition.
