Central Luzon College of Science and Technology (CELTECH College) was established in 1959 in San Fernando, Pampanga as the Artistic Vocational School by Dona Helen P. Legaspi to provide affordable vocational education and has since expanded to offer degrees in maritime, healthcare, business and other fields across three campuses in Olongapo City, Zambales and San Fernando with the vision of becoming a leading education institution in the region.
