Japan) was atomized topically on it. Results: From 2014 to 2018, the artificial dermis for unclosed wound was used in eight cases of paramalleolar bypass. They were 7 male and 1 female, and 64 years-old on average. Their ischemic ulcers were Rutherford 5 in 7 cases and Rutherford 6 in 1 case. Secondary patency rate, wound healing rate, and limb salvage rate were 100% (2-41 months follow-up). Two of them died of cardiac event 31 and 41 months after bypass. Conclusion: Our surgical wound management in paramalleolar bypass using artificial dermis with/without relief incision was effective for selected patients.
